How can Tenshinhan keep up, though. Goku getting to Roshi isn't travel speed, it's short-distance enough to be classed as combat speed. Tenshinhan and, in fact, Chaozu have no problem keeping up with Goku's speed, so he can't be fast enough to fool Tenshinhan so thoroughly during the Taiyoken debacle.

He doesn't have to be anywhere near lightning speed. Meaning, there's no proof naruto characters>db characters in terms of speed

Goku, Yamcha, and Krillin already surpassed the human limits before even training for the 21st TB. They got ridiculously stronger post-training. Anyways, Dragon Ball wins this. They have a massive physical, and power advantages. The only thing that Naruto have is hax, which Dragon Ball still have.
